Steps to reproduce:
1. I'm running EKIGA from a windows shell. The path is ok and has the GTK 2.0 runtime inside the %PATH% environment variable
The application doest'nt start. A pop-up apperar with the message "The application has failed to start because SDL.dll was not found. Re-installaing the application may fix the problem. Actually this dll is not present in my systems, nor in the GTK 2.0 runtime, nor in the Ekiga folder.

UPDATE

Once I copied the SDL.dll from http://www.libsdl.org/download-1.2.php
EKIGA started nicely

So you should tell people to add also this dll and not only the GTK
