Please describe the problem:
Tabs in text box causes last character to repeat

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create text
2. enter 'a', tab, 'a', tab, 'a'

Actual results:
You see 5 'a' characters instead of three

Expected results:
GIMP should only display 3 'a' characters

Does this happen every time?
Yes
