It's developement message, which should not be translated IMO.  If it should, then we shouldn't translate it in Persian, as Persian is not supported in console applications.

This is indeed a bug, but we lack the mechanism to detect such cases, as several such messages are shared between the graphical UI and the terminal. Please open a general bug for such cases, as it is common among several messages and exists in several languages using scripts that can't be handled by normal terminals.
