What were you doing when the application crashed?
- opened deskbar with hotkey
- typed "terminal" to search for gnome-terminal
- hit enter before it had a chance to load find-as-you-type results.

There is a patch for this somewhere... Expect this fixed for 2.16 stable. Closing for now. Thanks for the report.
