GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 354013
Trashapplet currently lies
Last modified: 2010-01-24 01:06:11 UTC
Trashapplet gives you a bad information about how many files are currently in the trash. Nautilus does this right. See attached picture for more details.
Created attachment 72093 [details] Trashapplet shows a wrong amount of deleted files As you can see, Nautilus shows a correct amount of deleted files (3) but trashapplet shows a bad amount of deleted files (6). Both numbers are underlined red for being good-visible.
Hmm, I played with trashapplet a bit, and it looks like that the amount of deleted files shown by this applet is doubled.
Hmm, now that's very interesting. I've heard that before. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 325834 ***
