User should specify if the want or not to create thumbnails on removable media. Removable devices are often connected only for a while, so there's no need to create thumbnails. Give us an choice.

Perhaps, nautilus category (it has some thumbnails settings stuff now) suits better for this enhancement proposal than the gnome-volume-manager category.
