Description of Problem:
Icon names grayed when changing icon for item in panel's drawer.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. put a drawer on a panel
2. open a drawer and drag some folder in it
3. right-click on drawer's new item => properties => change icon
4. /home/user/.icons/theme/48x48

Actual Results:
all filenames are disabled (grayed)

Expected Results:
selection of file

How often does this happen?


Additional Information:
if i click open when all items are grayed, the empty icon is used. Then
i click back on change icon button and all icons from this grayed folder
appears well.
