Edit any Contact in your Address Book. Enter his Birthday "20/08/47".
Then hit the Calendar widget drop-down and see "2038"...

After some testing this seems to be broken for any date before 1960 (which interestingly is displayed as "2059"). Most years are displayed as 2038.

Of course a pretty serious usability issue. Probabledup.
