Please describe the problem:
When trying to change the font of a text object, the list of fonts in the Properties dialog does not include Type 1 fonts.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure you have Type 1 (Postscript) fonts installed.
2. Create a text object. Enter its properties.
3. Try to find the Type 1 fonts in the list of available fonts.


Actual results:


Expected results:
To be able to format a text object with a Type 1 font.

Dia just uses the fonts Pango gives it and Pango does not support Type 1 fonts with the win32 backend.
