Immediately after creating a connection, and being returned to the "VPN Connections" dialog, clicking Edit on any of the connections shows up the properties window as entirely greyed out, tabs included - the only lit options are "Cancel" or "Apply".

Hitting Close and re-opening the dialog fixes this, but it's a regression since last night.
