Description Jared Moore 2006-07-31 10:42:07 UTC
Please describe the problem:
When deskbar applet is in a gnome panel, deskbar applet produces an error message when changing the opacity of that panel.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have deskbar-applet in a gnome panel.
2. Rightclick on gnome panel -> properties -> background
3. Set to solid colour and move style slider to opaque

Actual results:
Popup window - a programming error has occured, it probably isn't fatal.

Traceback (most recent call last):
  • File "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/deskbar/ui/cuemiac/Cuemiac.py", line 667 in on_change_background
    style.bg_pixmap[gtk.STATE_NORMAL] = pixmap
TypeError: can only assign a GdkPixmap or None

Expected results:
Nothing happens to deskbar applet

Does this happen every time?
Yes
