Description Jan Niklas Hasse (Account disabled) 2006-07-30 22:51:45 UTC
Please describe the problem:
First of all: i'm not english, i'm not good in english. (and i'm new to linux)

When a window is sized to his maximum size, and then is being maximized, there are still rounded corners, so you can click behind the window at the desktop although it's maximized! For me this is critical i can't work with that!

Steps to reproduce:
1. Remove the top panel.
2. Size the window to maximum size
3. Press the maximize button

Actual results:
There is still a rounded corner and you can click at the desktop (and can't close the window by just clicking at the right top corner of the screen)

Expected results:
normal maximizing like it would be if there is a top panel

Does this happen every time?
YES!

Other information:
i have ubuntu 6.06. Please help me! This stops me from liking linux!
