This is a first cut of the rio karma dap patch

Bob, would you paste the pertinent information regarding the patch to this bug from your ML post so we can track it all here?

Ok, the above patch against CVS adds the following for Rio Karma:

- download the song database
- play songs from the unit
- upload new songs

At the moment, synchronization in the direction of Karma to Banshee doesn't work properly -- it will try to transcode and copy tracks that already exist on the PC side.  Also, it only supports the USB transport at this time, even though
libkarma can discover and deal with Karmas connected over the LAN.

Bob: what's the status of this? Are you still maintaining it? Do you still have interest in maintaining it in the future? I'd like to target it for inclusion by 0.11.2.

Yes I'm willing to maintain it going forward and would like to see it merged.  Current status is it works fine, as long as patch for bug #350773 is also applied (if you have any comments on that one or a better approach, let me know).  I've been keeping up the patch in quilt so I'll post a rediff against CVS tonight with whatever changes I've made recently.

Excellent news, I'd like to keep this on target for 0.11.2 - it may possibly need to slip to 0.11.3 - but it will go in :) Thanks!
