Currently the gnome-nettool has the following in the .desktop file:
X-GNOME-Bugzilla-Bugzilla=GNOME
X-GNOME-Bugzilla-Product=gtranslator

Please add (required as of bug-buddy 2.15.0):
X-GNOME-Bugzilla-Component=general (doesn't exist for gtranslator so choose the best one)

and optionally, but highly suggested:
X-GNOME-Bugzilla-Version=1.1.x  (or 1.1.6.. doesn't matter.. but make sure it
is automatically generated)

Fixed in CVS, both 1.1 and HEAD branch. Also, created the 'general' bugzilla category, as suggested.
