1. My OS is ubuntu 6.06 LTS,  Anjuta both 2.0.2 and 2.0.3, devhelp's version is 0.11-2ubuntu1
2. Try to enable "API Help" in plug-in manager

This might not be fixed very soon unless someone does some real work on devhelp/gtkmozembed! Marking as duplicate of the real cause!
