Please describe the problem:
most of the filter and script functions are not available (only 7 filter), if the language configuration is set to german. i have access to all filter when i set the configuration language to english and restart the machine. when i reset it to german the filter are missing again.

i think most of the users who use their mac with a german configuration have this problem.
i'm using osx tiger 10.4.6
