Description of the crash:
When you click on the four-headed arrow (tooltip says: 'Pops up the
Navigation window') on bottom right diagram window, it causes Dia to
crash

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. With a diagram window (file) open
2. Click on the Navigation window button on the lower-right corner of
the diagram window
3. 

Expected Results:
Open the Navigation window.

How often does this happen?
Always.

why not use 0.95 which has that fixed?
