Description of Problem:
When creating a new folder/file starting with a dot (i.e. creating a
hidden folder/file) or renaming an existing one to a name starting with
a dot, this folder is still displayed with the old/default name.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. setting: do not display hidden files
2. create new folder/file or rename existing folder/file in nautilus
3. enter a name starting with a dot (.)

Actual Results:
a folder/file with the old name (for new folders/files: with the default
 "untitled" name) is displayed

Expected Results:
the folder/file is no longer displayed as soon as the new name is entered

How often does this happen?
