During work, an user performs more than one of mentioned activities one after another. It would be much better if, instead of changing it in the Toolbox each time, it would work this way: 

Dragging by top and bottom edge of an object: vertical stretch
By right and left edge: horizontal stretch
By corners: both vertical and horizontal stretch
And in the middle of the object there should show a tool to use for rotating the object.
