Bug on lighten only layer mode

Please describe the problem: green colum add to the image when we select display lighten only on a layer I use this fonction with nothing problem many many times under linux (debian packtages) but I test this fonction on two windows computer and the two are bugged Steps to reproduce: 1. open an image 2. add an other image in an other layer 3. chose lighten only for the top layer Actual results: green column is add on the display image I have an Expected results: no green column display ! a sreenshot is here : http://pazelty.free.fr/bug.png Does this happen every time? yes, in win32 port only Other information: I'm ridiculous when i present the fantastic "gimp" program to my friends or to my mother :( Is it a big problem for me !
Are the stripes also visible if you flatten the image, save it and view it in a different application? Does the problem go away if you start gimp with the --no-cpu-accel command-line option? What hardware have you tested this on?
The bug is not visible when I flatten the image or when I save to jpeg. And the bug is not visible when I disable cpu accelerator with --no-cpu-accel command-line option I have test on a acer portable with AMD Mobile Sempron CPU (the computer of my mother) an a Asus Portable but I don't know is CPU, I ask my friend for know it.

My friend, who have a bug, have a intel pentium processor (his computer has less 1 month old) Now I see the bug #164061 but it is marked corrected on gimp 2.2.7 I don't understand why is dont realy corrected... I go to read the topic of #164061 when I have the time
