Please describe the problem:
Totem could not play 'rtsp://rx-wes-sea88.rbn.com/farm/*/cartalk/cartalk/demand/CT0626-01.ra'.

Steps to reproduce:
1. http://www.cartalk.com/Radio/Show/online.html
2. Click "Segments 1-10
3. 


Actual results:
Error notification:
Totem could not play 'rtsp://rx-wes-sea88.rbn.com/farm/*/cartalk/cartalk/demand/CT0626-01.ra'.

Internal GStreamer error: negotiation problem.  Please file a bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer .

Expected results:
Audio stream

Stream works fine with RealPlayer on XP
