Description aad 2006-07-06 11:38:26 UTC
Distribution: SuSE 10.1
Package: Evolution
Severity: Normal
Version: GNOME2.12.2 2.6.x
Gnome-Distributor: SUSE
Synopsis: Cannot enter (birth)dates prior to 1969
Bugzilla-Product: Evolution
Bugzilla-Component: Contacts [was: Addressbook]
Bugzilla-Version: 2.6.x
Description:
Description of Problem:
When entering a new contact, you cannot enter a birthday in (e.g.) 1959.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create new contact, "Z"
2. Enter birthday, e.g. 06-07-59
3.

Actual Results:
Date is in 2059.

Expected Results:
Possibility to enter "1959" when needed.

How often does this happen?
Every time.

Additional Information:
Because some dates are correct (entered with earlier versions of
Evolution??) and others not, I cannot rely on the "birthday dates" shown
in my calendar, because dates in the far future are not shown.
