Please describe the problem:
When viewing a saved or posted invoice the summary bar has no money values. That is, it looks like this:

Total:  Subtotal:  Tax:

If a posted invoice is printed the numbers show up correctly.
If a new entry is made to an open invoice the summary totals will appear.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create and/or post an invoice
2. Close the invoice
3. Open the invoice
4. Look at the summary bar


Actual results:
Initially, numbers in the summary bar are missing. If it is an open invoice and an entry is made the summary totals will appear. 

Expected results:
The total, subtotal, and tax should be shown such as:

Total: $106.00  Subtotal: $100.00  Tax: $6.00

Does this happen every time?
Yes, as far as I can see.

Other information:
This problem is not new to 1.9.8.
