When entering the first password, and clicking "save password in keyring" in the "Authentication Required" dialog window, the "Create Default Keyring" dialog opens _behind_ the "Authentication Required" dialog, and can not be brought to the front. It can be used, but you have to move the two windows away from each other.

This is Ubuntu Dapper.
