Description Knud Frank 2006-06-21 11:46:39 UTC
Please describe the problem:
When opening so many files that a left and right arrow in the filenmae tab on the top or bottom is shown to navigate between the files, the right arrow will sometimes disappear beyond the right border of the window and it won't be possible to navigate. It re-appears when selecting the file before the last one shown on the right side of the filename tab. This problem is also not solved when hiding and showing the sidebar.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Opening so many files that the arrows in the filename tab are shown
2. Using the latest Bluefish 1.0.5 in Fedora Core 5
3. Not dependable on any theme or font used

Actual results:
Couldn't navigate to the last selected and opened file in the filename tab.

Expected results:

Does this happen every time?
Every time, yes.

I don't think this is a bluefish bug. I can reproduce the same issue with openldev on FC5.

I think it may be related to this GTK bug. http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=168105

Closing this as NOTABUG. The GTK bug I mentioned in comment #1 is fixed in GTK 2.8.20. GTK 2.8.20 is now in FC5 updates-testing. After updating I not longer see the problem.
