Description of Problem:
Can't print monthly calendar in landscape mode.  Selecting paper
orientation "landscape" and feed orientation "straight" results in a
truncated calendar still in portrait mode.  Selecting paper orientation
"landscape" and feed orientation "rotated 90 degrees" shows a good fit
in preview but prints garbage on 30 or so sheets of paper.  The "Help"
manual is no help.

Additional Information: this is the first time trying to print using
Evolution 2.6.1 in Debian Etch.
