All thumbnails of all djvu files are horizontally compressed and colours are missmatch to real ones.

That might be djvulibre bug, what version are you using? Please check if Qt-based djview creates correct thumbnails, if so, report this bug to djvulibre.sourceforge.net. If djview is correct, please give a link to the document.

This djvu file is available from
http://www.djvuzone.org/djvu/antics/ency/index.html
But thumbnails of ALL djvu files I have are shown incorrectly by Evince 4.0.

I think it was fixed in bug 324077

Although I can't reproduce this behavior, so please check if bug was really fixed with evince 0.5.
