I always put several  mp3 files into one directory, 
and I want to add the directory into playlist, 
inteads of select all mp3 files under it.

How can I?

You can't with the file chooser, but you can either select all the files in the file chooser, or drag'n'drop the files from your file manager, or pass the directory name to totem itself.
