Please describe the problem:
Application "gnome-panel" (process 1225) has crashed due to a fatal error.
Problem after a draged the Menu bar from the bottom of the desktop to the right side of the desktop.

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find after upgrading.  Note that Red Hat 8 uses a very obsolete version of Gnome that is no longer supported.
