Please describe the problem:
When activated with the Menu key, the context menu is always displayed at the location of the mouse pointer. This is disorienting if the mouse pointer is far away from the selected object.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select an object on the desktop.
2. Move the mouse pointer away from the selected object.
3. Activate the context menu by pressing the Menu key.

Actual results:
The context menu is displayed at the location of the mouse pointer.

Expected results:
The context menu is displayed next to, under or close to the selected object.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.
