Please describe the problem:
I am unable to assign my print screen key to any keyboard shortcuts. It seems the checks in gnome-keybinding-properties.c are too broad.

With the attached patch, the following is printed when I try to assign the key:

keyval = ff61
kana
arabic
greek
hebrew
