It'd be very useful if the search field had a 'clear' button - I often find myself searching for a song to put on the queue and immediately clearing the search afterwards (which requires I triple-click in the search field and hit delete). It'd be nice if it had a little clear button inside the entry, similar to Banshee: http://banshee-project.org/Image:0_11_0_library.png

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.

A clear button got added to the search box in 0.9.4.

Ah, sorry for the duplicate and good work - Rhythmbox seems to have improved an awful lot in the last couple of versions :)
