Description morgan read 2006-05-28 22:17:37 UTC
Please describe the problem:
printconf-gui crashes - send bug via bug-buddy - no "application-product" to
select for this functionality:
[morgan@morgansmachine ~]$ rpm -q --whatprovides printconf-gui
system-config-printer-gui-0.6.151.4-1

Steps to reproduce:
1. crash printconf-gui
2. select to send bug report
3. ...

Actual results:
No "application"-"product" to select for printconf-gui in bug-buddy.

Expected results:
Find an "application"-"product" to select for printconf-gui in bug-buddy.

Does this happen every time?
Would seem so.

Would seem to be a redhat bug -- perhaps they should patch bug-buddy to have their distro-specific modules (like printconf-gui) point to their bugzilla? Not sure what else to do with this.
Comment 2 morgan read 2006-06-01 10:55:05 UTC
I can do that.
Comment 4 Olav Vitters 2006-06-13 16:59:47 UTC
1. Red Hat should patch bug-buddy to adds its products.
2. Bug-Buddy should show still show a save dialog when the app isn't known.

#1 is NOTGNOME, #2 is dup of bug 164747
