Please describe the problem:
The first time I try to log out from a GNOME session (or restart the
machine), I only get a popup saying that my session has been saved, even
though:

$ gconftool --get /apps/gnome-session/options/auto_save_session
false

I have to log out/restart a second time for the command to actually take effect.
