Please describe the problem:
Nautilus thinks that the PDF at
<http://plone.org/documentation/manual/definitive-guide/definitive_guide_to_plone.pdf>
is a text/plain file.

The result is that the user can't open it without the  "If you open this file,
the file might present a security risk to your system" error.
