I need to make ISO-8859-15 my default characters codifies
How can i do that?
Configure it in any profile, is better!
Is it a future features?

Part #2 is bug 108711.

Character encoding is determined from your locale. Ensure the locale that gnome-terminal sees (probably set by gdm) has iso-8859-15.

Duping to 108711 as this is more of a support question and the enhancement part is a dupe...
