Description Martin Bergner 2006-05-12 08:03:50 UTC
Nautilus spans my background image across the entire screen with xinerama

Steps to reproduce:

Consider the following Setup:
Layout "Dualhead"
   Screen "Primary"
   Screen "Secondary" LeftOf "Primary"

Actual Result:
Nautilus spans the image across both screens which looks rather strange since the image is made for a 4:3 (or 16:10, 16:9) like ratio of the screen. It is now scaled to 8:3 which is odd.

Expected Result:
Show the background on all screens seperately (meaning: 2 times, one for each screen).
Alternatively, there could be an option to select a different background image for every screen.

This problem is present with nautilus 2.14.1.

I guess this is a dup of either bug #323169 or #147808 ;-)
