GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 341127
Cannot clear Follow-up flag
Last modified: 2006-07-06 20:27:35 UTC
Subject: Cannot clear Follow-up flag Distribution: Debian testing/unstable Package: Evolution Priority: Normal Version: GNOME2.14.1, Evolution 2.6.1 Gnome-Distributor: Debian Synopsis: Cannot clear Follow-up flag Bugzilla-Product: Evolution Bugzilla-Component: Mailer Bugzilla-Version: unspecified Description: Description of Problem: I mark certail email with 'Follow-up' flag with date so I can come back to it later. I have created a virtual folder listing all emails in inbox marked with follow-up flag. Once I have followed up on an email, I wish to clear the follow-up flag so that it does NOT show up in the virtual folder. I have tried marking it 'completed' as well as 'clear flag'. It disappears if I move to another virtual folder and come back to the follow-up virtual folder. But when evolution is restarted, all emails that I ever marked with follow-up are back in the virtual folder with the flag set! Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create virtual folder with matching rule 'Followup is flagged' 2. Mark few email in inbox for Follow-up 3. Goto virtual folder and these marked emails should show up 4. Mark some of the emails in virtual folder as complete and/or 'clear flag' 5. Restart evolution Actual Results: All emails marked as Follow-up are back! Expected Results: Emails marked as Completed or 'clear flag' should not reappear in virtual folder. How often does this happen? Everytime -- ____________________________________________ Amit Kucheria Tampere, Finland ------- Bug created by bug-buddy at 2006-05-09 11:14 -------
