When right-clicking a news server in the Mail view it would be nice if the
"Folder - Subscriptions" dialogue was available (as "Subscriptions" probably). 
It should pop up with the correct server selected.

The "Properties" dialogue should also work and not be greyed out (this may be a 
separate bug, but I'm lazy :-)

Found on 2.4.1.
