Description Sebastien Bacher 2006-05-06 13:43:01 UTC
That bug has been opened on https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/yelp/+bug/42438

"entering a search term or selecting a bookmark before the window shows any topics gives the following error several times:

The section ‘(null)’ does not exist in this document. If you were directed to this section from a Help button in an application, please report this to the maintainers of that application.

This is easier to see with a cold cache (after boot)"

Confirming. Have to do it from cold to see it, but it does happen.

smitten, shaun: This would be fixed with your snazzy new pager system right?
Comment 2 Brent Smith (smitten) 2006-05-27 04:43:35 UTC
the new pager system fixes all bugs. it just doesn't exist yet
Comment 3 Don Scorgie 2007-06-29 17:59:49 UTC
New pager system now exists. Working on moving across to it. Marking this as a dependant.
Comment 4 Don Scorgie 2007-08-07 18:51:14 UTC
New pager system now integrated into HEAD. Try breaking it. Go I dare you :P

If it does break, it's a new bug as the new pager system really, REALLY should solve this. Marking as Fixed.
