When you're dragging files/folders in Nautilus, you should still be able use
Alt+Tab to switch between windows (or any other window switching techniques).

For example:
I have the window for folder Foo open, and I want to drag some of the files it contains into the folder Bar, which is open in a window behind my Foo window.

I would like to pick up the files from Foo, while still dragging (still holding down the mouse button), Alt+Tab to bring the Bar window to the foreground, then drop the files.

I realize that ALT is already a modifyer when dragging files (bring up the Move, Copy, Link, etc. menu), but the Tab key doesn't need to be ignored then, does it?
