There are two Congos: the Republic of the Congo (capital: Brazzaville) and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (capital: Kinshasa) but gweather only lists The ' Congo, Republic of the'. 

The locations that should be in the Democratic Republic of the Congo are currently found in the 'Congo, the Republic of' entry.

Are you able to provide a patch against Locations.xml.in that addresses this? That would be most appreciated.

Trivial, Congo (DRC) used to be Zaire, all airport codes start with FZ, Congo (RC)  has FC.
