Please describe the problem:
The mouse over tooltip for Insert Table on the email composer yields "Insert
Link".  The string needs to be changed to match the icon.

it is "insert rule" here and not "insert link". strange.
the last icons of my toolbar in order: ..., insert picture, insert link, insert rule, insert table.

anyway, this is very likely a duplicate of bug 340001.
