GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 340275
Double clicking trash applet should only open one nautilus window
Last modified: 2006-05-07 14:31:03 UTC
Double clicking the trash applet should open only one nautilus window instead of two. I have the (bad) habbit from Windows to double click the trash bin because in Windows it is located on the Desktop, there it behaves as a shortcut needing double clicking to open. Other information:
Hmm... this seems to be an effect only visible when using the "Always use browse mode" option... I think this is just one of the things where Gnome doesn't handle doubleclicks properly... I don't really see why the trash applet is more important than any of the other parts of Gnome that open twice when accidentally doubleclicked... Can't seem to find any other bug report about this... strange...
