Please describe the problem:
Totem message reads:
Totem could not play
'rtsp://rmlivev8.bbc.net.uk/farm/*/ev7/live24/radio3/live/r3_dsat_g2.ra'.

Internal GStreamer error: negotiation problem.  Please file a bug at
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to BBC Radio 3 page and play the live streaming audio.
2. 
3. 


Actual results:
I get the above error message and the radio streaming doesn't happen

Expected results:
I would hear BBC streaming Radio 3

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
Using Ubuntu Dapper Drake Flight6 distro; Dell Latitude laptop
