Please describe the problem:
The OK button of the New Address Book dialog stays greyed out even with all the
necessary information filled.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select 'Address Book' from File/New
2. Select 'On LDAP Servers' Type
3. Fill requested information


Actual results:
The OK-button remains disabled

Expected results:
The OK-button should become enabled

Does this happen every time?
Yes

FC5 version 2.6.1-1.fc5.2.

The installed Evolution is indeed suffering of the 338198. Failed to report this since we don't use other than the existing personal address book as well as the LDAP.
