When dragging and dropping a file in nautilus and a dialog saying "permission
denied" (because you don't have permission to remove the file), it would be
useful if that dialog had a "Copy instead of move" button.

Yeah, and it should basically start off copying the file and not moving it... IIRC, this should already be done, but obviously it doesn't work for you too well...
