There should be an option of HighContrastLargePrintInverse in Icons tab.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to vermillion_09.
2. Select Launch->Desktop->Preferences->Theme to launch theme preferences dialog.
3. Select High Contrast Inverse theme, then click Theme Details button.
4. In Controls tab, select HighContrastLargePrintInverse option.
5. Switch to Icons tab.

Expected result:
There should be an option of HighContrastLargePrintInverse in Icons tab.

Actual result:
This option is missing.

This bug can be seen on vermillion_09/snv_36.

Hmm, confirmed in community too (2.14.1).  Looking into it...

Correction; this is not a bug.  We decided not to show the LargePrint versions of the icon themes in the Details dialog, as they are (currently) identical to the regular size versions.  See bug #168977.
