Please describe the problem:
weather report fails to get data for bamberg, bavaria, germany

Steps to reproduce:
1. select bamberg, germany as source
2. allways reproducible
3. 


Actual results:
applet is stuck with the update procedure (tooltip popup allways tells:
"updating...")

Expected results:
that the application uses and displays the weather data for bamberg, bavaria,
germany

Does this happen every time?
yes

some times the tooltip popup tells "retrieval failed"
