Gnumeric 1.6.3, Ubuntu Dapper

1. Enter some text in a cell.
2. Drag from one part of the text to another.

What should happen:
* The text between those two points should be selected.

What actually happens:
* The insertion point moves.

Selection works properly in the formula bar, which then produces a misleading appearance in the cell, as it shows no selection but continues blinking its insertion point.

Still happens in 1.7.11 in Ubuntu Gutsy.

known issue.  It will get worked on as part of the ExprEntry extensions early in 1.9

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
